Bill (sr.), Rozanne, and Bill (jr.) at Ocean Restaurant in Birmingham, AL. A fine dining establishment, with excellent appetizers and dinners. I found nothing to complain about during dinner. The night we were there (April 30) was a Saturday and Prom night for at least one of the local high schools. There were plenty of 18 year old girls looking like 25 year old women in dresses and 'do's, along with an equal number of 18 year old boys looking like 18 year old boys stuffed into tuxes. My heart goes out to those guys.
