Pet Peeves

Arghh!; Don't you hate those little things that make your day so much longer. The tiny habits of people (in general) that get under your finger nails. Those hard-to-ignore idiosyncrasies of the world around us?

I do. And I don't make much secret of the things that annoy me. I suppose I could read the Tao of Pooh again and just zone, but I prefer to let my emotions out every so often for a walk. If you're annoying me, I'll tell you and we can get on with our lives.

A partial list of current peeves:

• People who give out Spoilers without asking permission first. This includes crossword puzzles! Some of my writing here is about various books and their plot devices, so be warned. 
• Authors that publish sequel after sequel until they ruin a good story world. 
• That twist-up key cover on the back of some cars, when it's not twisted down. I hate that.
• People who don't listen! I don't care if you disagree with me, I merely want you to listen.
• Thumping, penetrating, vibrating car music when I'm listening to Bach.
• Thumping, penetrating, vibrating car music when I'm listening to anything.
